Where to Buy

• You will generally not find alcoholic beverages repped by our agencies (Argentum Wine Imports and The Full Wineglass Agency & Imports) at your local LCBO store, nor via online ordering through the LCBO website (though from time to time, there may be exceptions). Purchases are facilitated through our agencies.

Purchase Online

• Go to our online store.

• Browse or search our selection of wines available to purchase online.

• Add case(s) to your cart (aka Buy Now), view your cart (aka open your shopping bag), and click Check Out.

• Fill out the requested shipping details. All online store pages, as well as forms showing a padlock icon, are securely encrypted, keeping your information safe.

• Click "Continue" to be taken to Paypal, where you can choose your method of payment. Credit cards or Paypal are accepted. You don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.

• Once you have paid, you will receive a series of emails. The first one will likely say that your order is "Awaiting Payment" even though you already paid. Don't worry, it's just part of the process, and you'll soon receive an email stating that your order has been fully paid for. You will also get updates when your order status changes to "Processing Order" and "Shipped."

Purchase Offline

• If you prefer to purchase offline, please contact us.

• If the product is in stock, we can deliver or ship it to you within two to three business days.

• Payment is by Visa or Mastercard at point of purchase (in person or over the phone) or by cheque or cash upon delivery.

Pricing

• Prices shown do not include the HST; it will be added to all purchases and delivery charges.

• We are required to add a Refundable Bottle Deposit ($0.20 per bottle for wine/spirits) on all purchases. The RBD is included in the price shown.

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Legalities

• As always, you must be of legal drinking age (19 or older) in order to purchase alcoholic beverages in Ontario.

• Our agencies (Argentum Wine Imports and The Full Wineglass Agency & Imports) do not sell alcoholic beverages but arrange for customer purchases from the LCBO.

• According to LCBO regulations, imported alcoholic beverages available through agents must be purchased by the case (usually 12 or 6 bottles at a time, or occasionally 3 bottles for very expensive products).

Return Policy

• Within 30 days of purchase, if you encounter a bottle where the wine is corked or otherwise defective, we will exchange it for a new bottle IF you retain the bottle and the remaining defective wine and return it to us. (In other words, don't dump the wine--we need it back!)

• Simply contact us and we'll take it from there.

• Please don't try to get a refund through an LCBO store, as they won't be able to issue one.
