Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Franc.

Origin: Valle de Uco, Mendoza.

Aging: 7 months in French and American oak barrels.

Alcohol: 13.5%.

Tasting Notes: "Floral red-berry aromas come with a note of wet clay and also a dusting of dried herbs. Wide on the palate, this rubs up against your cheeks. Herbal plum, blueberry and peppery flavors finish with ripeness and freshness. Drink through 2019." (Wine Enthusiast)

Food Pairing: This versatile wine goes with a wide range of meats including roast chicken or pork, grilled beef/steak, duck, sausage, lamb chops, veal, and even seafood. It's great with vegetarian foods, especially those that include earthy mushrooms, roasted peppers, grilled eggplant and zucchini, and goat cheese. Good with strong-tasting cheeses too.

Serving Temperature: 16° to 18°C.
