Grape Variety: 58% Malbec 28% Merlot 14% Petit Verdot.

Origin: Malbec: Perdriel y Altamira; Merlot: Vistaflores (both Mendoza, Argentina).

Aging: 8 months in oak barrels, 70% French and 30% American.

Alcohol: 14.4%.

Tasting Notes: Deep purplish-red colour with black hues. The ripeness of its grapes gives us an extraordinary aroma profile remarkable for wild berries, floral aromas, cassis, black and red fruits, and oak notes. Also chocolate, coffee, coconut, and pepper are identified. Its entry in the mouth and great structure invite enjoyment of every single drop to accompany special moments. It has exactly the expression of style that Sottano looks to achieve in its wines.

Pairing: Grilled steak, filet mignon, beef brisket, pot roast, roast pork, pulled pork sandwiches, shepherd's pie, burgers, roast duck, goose, dark turkey meat, and cheeses such as Aged Cheddar, Manchego, Swiss, and Provolone.

Serving Temperature: 14 to 16C or slightly cooler than room temperature.
