Grape Variety: 100% Torrontés.

Origin: Chilecito, La Rioja, Argentina.

Aging: No oak aging.

Alcohol: 13.4%.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour, typical of Torrontés. Great concentration of diverse fruity and citrus aromas on the nose, from grapefruit to orange blossoms. In the mouth, a good acidity is perceived, combining the traditional freshness of this variety with a very interesting volume. Persistent and long finish.

Food Pairing: This highly versatile wine goes well with many foods. Besides the classic pairings (fish, shellfish, chicken, veal and pork), pair it with salads with added fruit and/or fruity vinaigrette; rich, fatty meats; spicy beef/pork empanadas; spicy Thai, Japanese, and Indian dishes; spicy Mexican fare like chipotle vegetarian burritos; and even snacks like blue cheese dip, sweet kettle popcorn, and toasted nuts. Goes well with soft cheeses such as Brie, goat cheese, and fresh mozzarella.

Serving Temperature: 10° to 12°C.
