Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Origin: Guérrico, General Roca, Río Negro, Patagonia, Argentina.

Aging: 100% of the wine is aged for 15 months in French and American oak barrels.

Alcohol: 14%.

Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour. Aroma of ripe fruits with traces of vanilla. On the palate, excellent structure and persistence, soft tannins and refined notes of toasted oak.

Food Pairing: Suggestions include red meats such as lamb; game pie; roast turkey and stuffing; grilled salmon, grilled tuna, mildly spicy Asian or Mexican dishes; pizza and pasta with tomato sauce and mushrooms; lasagna; honey-glazed sweet potatoes; semi-soft cheeses such as Havarti, Gouda, Gruyere, and Montasio; medium-flavoured Cheddar; and mild blue-veined cheeses like Gorgonzola or Bleu d'Auvergne.

Serving Temperature: 12°C to 15°C (cooler than room temperature).
