Grape Variety: 100% Malbec.

Origin: Ing. Huergo, General Roca, Río Negro, Patagonia, Argentina.

Aging: Not aged in oak. Aged in the bottle at the winery for a minimum of 3 months before shipment to market.

Alcohol: 14%.

Tasting Notes: Bright red colour with a magenta hue. On the nose: Red fruits and floral aromas with notes of elegant wood. On the plate: Smooth and intense flavor with a long finish.

Food Pairing: Suggestions for this unoaked Malbec include lean grilled beef, steak tartare, prime rib, rosemary lamb, game, stews, beef/pork empanadas, roasted pork tenderloin, roast chicken or turkey, quinoa salad, and strong or hard cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 14° to 18°C or slightly cooler than room temperature.
