Aging: Not oak aged.

Alcohol Content: 12% Volume.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow color. Fresh and fruity aroma with notes of melon and lemon. In the mouth, it is light, crisp and refreshing, with citrus and tropical fruit flavours.

Food Pairing: This citrusy unoaked Chardonnay is excellent with fish, scallops and oysters. It will pair well with chicken, pork, pasta with creamy sauce, Caesar salad, creamy chicken salad, mild and buttery curries, mildly spicy Mexican dishes, soft or semi-soft cheeses, and olives. Try it with brunch dishes such as omelettes and fruit cobblers.

Serving Temperature: 8° to 10°C (chilled but not ice-cold).
