Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Amarela.

Origin: Meda | Douro Superior (sub-region of Douro wine region).

Ageing: 12 months in French oak barrels.

Alcohol: 13.5%.

Tasting Notes: Vivid dark red color with violet hues. Lively aromas of fresh, ripe red fruit, especially red currants and cherries, with hints of cocoa and spices. The palate is well balanced between tannins and fruity flavour. Pleasant, medium-long finish.

Food Pairing: Great everyday wine to accompany stews, pot roast, lamb, veal, pastas and salads. Try with fresh goat cheese.

Serving Temperature: 16-18C (room temperature or slightly lower).
