Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Origin: Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Tasting Notes: Intense yellow color with green highlights, indicating fully ripe fruit at harvest time. Its aromas recall notes of ripe tropical fruit (pineapple, banana, passion fruit and others), along with subtle hints of coconut and vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, its elegant creaminess is well balanced by a refreshing, just-right level of acidity.

Grape Variety: 100% Malbec

Origin: 50% Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo | 50% Vista Flores, Valle de Uco (both Mendoza, Argentina)

Tasting Notes: Gleaming, intense red-violet colour. Complex aroma of ripe red plums and raspberries is enhanced with subtle chocolate and vanilla. On the palate it is well structured, with velvety and elegant tannins and a lingering finish.

Serving Temperature: 15° to 18°C or slightly cooler than room temperature.

Grape Variety: 100% Merlot

Origin: Vista Flores, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Tasting Notes: Intense, bright red colour. Very elegant nose of jammy red fruits (cherries and plums) well balanced with chocolate, smoke and tobacco notes from oak aging. In the mouth it is smooth and complex with sweet round tannins, good body, and an excellent long finish.

Tasting Notes: Deep and intense ruby colour. Coffee, cassis, cappuccino, tobacco and various spices contribute to this wine’s complex bouquet. Full bodied in the mouth, its tannins are firm, its flavour deep and rich. Aged in French oak casks for 8 months.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour, typical of Torrontés. Great concentration of diverse fruity and citrus aromas on the nose, from grapefruit to orange blossoms. In the mouth, a good acidity is perceived, combining the traditional freshness of this variety with a very interesting volume. Persistent and long finish.

On the nose, we encounter notes of red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries as well as black fruits and spices such as pepper. Its attractive finale and body is given by its good structure and vibrant tannins.

Origin: Finca Sottano, Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza (1000 m above sea level).

Production: 55 qq/ha, 5,000 bottles.

Ageing: 18 months in first-use oak barrels (70% French, 30% American).

Alcohol: 14.7%

Tasting Notes: Deep, rich garnet colour with black highlights. Notes of cherries, spices, tobacco, cassis, white pepper, and cloves with a hint of chocolate and mint. This is a well-balanced wine with a rich, bold, fruity palate. Sweet and velvety tannins. The extraordinary and unique complex of aromas lingers throughout a very long finish. Truly a superb and outstanding wine in a class by itself.
