Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo

Tasting Notes: Brilliant ruby red. Aroma of fresh strawberries. Firm tannins, harmonious, well balanced. Long and pleasant finish.

Food Pairing: Try with barbecued ribs, pork roast, roast lamb, lamb stew, goulash, ham, mildly spicy sausages or chili, earthy mushroom flavours, mildly spiced veggie or dishes or paella.

Mi Terruño Expresion Malbec 2013

Grape Variety: 100% Malbec

Tasting Notes: Full ruby red colour with violet hues. Black raspberry and violet aromas are perfectly combined with elegant tannins. Very good persistence.

Food Pairing: Ideal to pair with red meats and hard cheeses. Excellent example of the emblematic red variety from Argentina.

Serving Temperature: 15° to 18°C or slightly cooler than room temperature.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color with purple hues. Black currant and licorice aromas are enhanced with notes of vanilla and chocolate from aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, elegant tannins and a persistent finish.

Tasting Notes: Intense red colour with violet highlights. Aromas of raspberry and violet with combination of toasted aromas, vanilla, chocolate and tobacco provided by oak aging. On the palate it is full bodied with rounded and sweet tannins.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Grape Variety: 55% Malbec from a 100-year-old vineyard in Perdriel, 900 meters above sea level) • 45% Cabernet Sauvignon from La Consulta (similar altitude).

Aging: French oak barrels for 10 months.

Alcohol: 14%.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red colour with dark violet hues. On the nose: Interesting aromatic complexity reminiscent of ripe plums, dried red fruits, nutmeg and spices, with notes of smokiness and chocolate. On the palate: Soft and velvety tannins, smooth and robust structure. Long and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: This is a very complex wine that can be paired with rich meat dishes, French cuisine with rich sauces, and spicy Mediterranean dishes. Also wonderful sipped on its own.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Grape Variety: 100% Malbec from a 100-year-old vineyard in Perdriel, 900 meters above sea level.

Aging: French oak barrels for 15 months.

Alcohol: 14%.

Tasting Notes: Robust garnet colour with purple nuances. Aroma of plums and cherries (typical of the variety) with hints of vanilla and spices as well as smoky and toasted notes. On the palate: Full bodied with concentrated flavours and silky sweet tannins leading to a long and compelling finish.

Food Pairing: Superb with grilled red meats, particularly the more tender/rich cuts of beef.
