WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Origin: San Rafael | Mendoza wine region.

Aging: 30% of the wine is aged in American and French oak for 6 months; 70% is aged in stainless steel.

Alcohol: 14.9%

Tasting Notes: A full-bodied and stylish wine with an intense and deep ruby colour. The complex nose displays typical varietal aromas of raspberries, cassis, green pepper, and chocolate. The mouthfeel combines gentle tannins with an excellent acidity and a balanced finish.

Pairing: Suggestions include roast beef with mushroom sauce, filled/stuffed pastas with strongly flavoured sauces, and rich and creamy cheeses with robust flavour (e.g. Camembert, Gruyere, Blue...)

Serving temperature: 15 to 18C or slightly cooler than room temperature.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Grape Variety: 50% Malbec | 35% Bonarda | 15% Syrah

Origin: San Rafael | Mendoza wine region.

Aging: 20% of the Malbec used in this blend is aged in French and American oak.

Alcohol: 14.7%

Tasting Notes: Violet color with red hues. The nose presents notes of fruits and spices. Predominant aromas are of red fruits like raspberry and plum, accompanied by notes of black pepper. Subtle notes of vanilla and caramel add complexity. In the mouth it is pleasant, fruity, and easy to drink, thanks to its ripe and soft tannins. Its good acidity brings life to the finish and invites you to enjoy a second glass.

Aging: Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Alcohol: 15.1%

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet color. The nose is ripe, elegant and complex with lovely fruit aromas of cherries, blackberries and blueberries, along with notes of toasted oak, vanilla and dried fruit. On the palate it is seriously full-bodied with firm structure and refined tannins and an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity, providing a long and persistent finish.

Tasting Notes: Very deep inky violet in colour. The complex nose is suggestive of black plums, cassis and raspberries. The palate is refined and shows evolution. It is well structured and has a silky texture with velvety tannins. Exceptionally well balanced and elegant, it has a long and generous finish.

Tasting Notes: Deep purple colour with violet highlights. On the nose, aromas of ripe plums, spices, and a subtle touch of liquorice, yielding to notes of coffee, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, this is a full-bodied wine, well balanced between tannins and acidity. Notes of mint on the persistent, long and refreshing finish.

Alcohol: 14.6%

Tasting Notes: The colour of this clean, elegant wine is a bright, intense violet-red. The nose presents aromas of ripe berries combined with notes of chocolate and tobacco. Mouth-filling with richness of texture and concentrated flavours, this is a sophisticated, meaty and velvety red wine. The features of all three varietals are perfectly combined to yield great structure, fruitiness, and balanced tannins, ending with a lively and persistent finish.
