Delivery/Shipping

To keep your wine safe, handled with care, and at a proper temperature, we deliver in person or via reputable wine couriers.

The delivery/shipping fee is based on your postal code and will be determined when you enter your address at checkout.

If you enter the wrong postal code, we'll contact you for correction prior to processing your order.

For addresses that we can deliver to personally, there is a flat fee between $10 and $25, regardless of quantity. The dependent cost factors within this range are location and remoteness.

For other addresses, a courier will deliver, and the fee is $30 per case of 6 or 12 bottles. (In other words, if you buy either 1 or 2 cases of 6, the shipping fee is $30.)

We are unable to have the wine delivered to very remote areas or areas not served by the wine courier we work with. We generally do not ship wine to addresses outside Ontario, Canada.

Expected delivery time is within 2-5 business days after we receive your order.

Delivery time factors include when your order is received, the delivery schedule to your location, and availability of recipient to sign for the delivery (required).

Residential deliveries will be emailed and/or called prior to delivery attempt.

All deliveries of alcoholic beverages must be signed for by a non-inebriated person of the legal drinking age (19 or older). Persons who appear younger than 25 will be asked to show government-issued photo ID.
